Job Description
- BSP platform software architecture design 2. Explore and evaluate new platform technologies 3. Research and develop core building blocks for Generative AI(GAI) and agentic systems 4. Develop methodologies for system optimization
- Essential:
- 1. 8 years+ of BSP(xPU/DSP/micro processor/security/performance/power/AI) experience including:
- - Proven expertise in Linux kernel and Android HAL driver development
- - Strong background in software architecture design for embedded or heterogeneous computing platforms
- - Solid understanding of Generative AI (GAI) technologies and agentic system integration
- - Demonstrated experience in system performance tuning and low power optimization
- - Experience with performance profiling and debugging tools for complex heterogeneous systems
- 2. Proficient in C/C++ and scripting languages (e.g., Python, Shell)
- 3. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- 4. Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams
- Nice to have
- 1. Linux kernel upstream contribution experience
- 2. Familiar with CPU/GPU/DSP/co-processor system design
- 3. Hands-on experience with agentic frameworks, multi-agent orchestration, or building agent-based AI solutions
- 4. Knowledge of security best practices in AI-enabled systems
- 5. Contributions to open-source projects related to BSP, AI, or agentic systems
