IMMYZ is looking for an experienced and reliable Mobile Phone Repair Technician to join our growing team.

Responsibilities

* Diagnose and repair faults on smartphones and tablets.

* Replace screens, batteries, charging ports, cameras, speakers, and other components.

* Perform software updates, restores, and data transfers.

* Test devices before and after repairs to ensure quality.

* Maintain a clean and organised repair workspace.

* Provide excellent customer service and explain repair options to customers.

Requirements

* Previous experience repairing iPhone, Samsung, and other Android devices.

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills.

* Ability to work independently and efficiently.

* Good communication and customer service skills.

* Experience with microsoldering is an advantage but not essential.
