Key responsibilities

1. Sample Management of mobile phone and wireless system for Project development events

2. Understand customer requests, issues from the development stage is crucial, as is communicating with BU for solutions.

3. Check and make list for returned failure samples from mass production and market field

4. VOC Follow-up

Job Requirement

1. Bachelor’s degree in electronic/electric engineering or equivalent

2. More than 5 years’ experience of mobile phone development or Application Engineer

3.Understanding of mobile phones and wireless systems

4. Experience in Quality role in problem solving and ability to use test lab equipment

5. Ability to communicate with customers for the mobile phone related topic and issues

Competencies

1. Ability to understand and organize customer requests related to mobile phones and wireless products

2.Understanding of the performance and quality of wireless products is also required to initially identify failure samples

3. Fluency in Chinese (or English) is preferred.
