Full Stack Engineer (Mobile)

About this Role

We're looking for a talented Full Stack Engineer (Mobile) to join our growing team in Jakarta.

This role is crucial for developing and enhancing our mobile applications, bridging the gap between innovative front-end experiences and robust back-end services. You will be instrumental in bringing new features from concept to production, ensuring high performance, usability, and scalability, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer-facing features.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain high-quality mobile applications for both iOS and Android platforms.
• Design, build, and integrate scalable backend APIs to support mobile functionalities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, adhering to best practices.
• Implement robust testing strategies to ensure application stability and performance.
• Monitor application performance and user experience using crash reporting and analytics tools.
• Actively participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback and ensuring code quality.
• Utilize Git effectively for version control, branching, and collaborative development.
• Leverage Claude Code for efficient development and thorough validation of code output.

Requirements

• Strong experience developing native or cross-platform mobile applications for iOS and Android, using Java, Kotlin, Swift, Objective-C, or React Native.
• Experience building backend APIs using Next.js (API routes), Laravel, or Lumen, and integrating mobile applications with scalable backend services.
• Ability to build high-quality, responsive, and maintainable mobile experiences with strong attention to performance and usability.
• Proven ability to collaborate closely with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to deliver features from concept to production.
• Proficiency in applying testing, debugging, and release management best practices across mobile platforms.
• Familiarity with mobile monitoring and crash-reporting tools (e.g. Firebase Crashlytics, Sentry) to detect and triage production issues.
• Strong Git proficiency, including branching strategies, conflict resolution, code review workflows, and repository hygiene.
• Comfortable using Claude Code as the primary build tool, writing precise specs and acceptance criteria, and validating output for security gaps, edge cases, and architectural alignment.
