MDM platforms Expert

TXT Ennova S.p.A., a leading company in the field of technological innovation and digital support services, is looking for an expert in the use of MDM platforms for its office in Pomezia (Rome).

The selected candidate will be responsible for the following activities:

• Planning and implementing migration processes to MDM platforms, defining project phases, involving the Client, and ensuring a smooth transition;
• Providing maintenance services for MDM platforms, including releases and certificate integration;
• Delivering demos of MDM platforms;
• Providing continuous support and implementation activities with the Client to ensure the proper management of all devices in line with operational needs and technological developments;
• Configuring MDM platforms in close collaboration with the Client, specifically:
• MDM system registration
• Security policy configuration
• Integration with corporate applications
• Access policy management
• Monitoring and reporting
• Update and certificate management
• Implementation of remote management features
• Backup and execution of existing data backups.

Required skills include:

• Knowledge of Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Samsung KNOX services;
• Excellent understanding of mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android;
• Knowledge of communication protocols including TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, and DHCP, ensuring correct device configuration and operation;
• In-depth knowledge of mobile networks;
• Knowledge of email platforms both On-Premise and Cloud-based (not limited to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, and Google Workspace).

Priority requirement:

• Knowledge of MDM / Desktop Management solutions, specifically Microsoft Intune and Ivanti Neurons.

At least one of the following certifications is considered a plus:

• MICROSOFT: Microsoft Certified – Azure Administrator,
• MICROSOFT: Microsoft Certified – Azure Fundamentals,
• SAMSUNG: Samsung Knox Expert,
• GOOGLE: Android Enterprise Expert,
• VMWARE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL – DIGITAL WORKSPACE 2020,
• VMWARE DIGITAL WORKSPACE ONE DEPLOY AND MANAGE (V9.X),
• SAMSUNG: Samsung Knox Basic and Advanced Certification.

The ideal candidate will also demonstrate:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Adaptability, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset.

What We Offer:

• Contract Type: Permanent contract,
• Salary Range: EUR 27,000 - EUR 32,000,
• Classification: The final job grading will be determined during the interview phase, based on the candidate's background and in compliance with the TLC CCNL.
