Full-Stack Android + Kotlin Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll build AI-native Android products inside a startup where autonomy and ownership are the norm, not the exception. There are no Jira tickets — you'll work like a product partner, taking ideas from a 1-pager through to shipped features with real multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding. This is your opportunity to operate at the intersection of senior Android engineering and agentic AI, building net-new products in a high-trust environment where your judgment shapes what gets built and how.

What You'll Do

• Build AI-native Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with full product ownership.
• Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.
• Work self-directed from product ideas through to production with no hand-holding.
• Contribute across web or backend layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.
• Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously in a highly autonomous team.

What We Are Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.
• AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks — not just AI-assisted coding.
• Senior product engineering mindset: self-directed, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.
• Full-stack range with confidence diving into unfamiliar codebases.
• Strong experience with Jetpack Compose.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Nice To Have

• Experience with MDM or Device Management API integration.
• Knowledge of QR code provisioning.
• Background in messaging or calling app development.
• Experience with XML layout UIs.
• Experiment-driven development and feature observability experience.
• Performance optimization skills.
