Your role will require a blend of creativity and technical expertise to deliver effective software solutions that enhance operational efficiency and user experience. Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to perform independently and become an SME. - Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. - Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. - Conduct thorough testing and debugging of applications to ensure optimal performance and reliability. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Japanese Language. - Good To Have Skills: Experience with Cobol Mainframe. - Strong understanding of application development methodologies. - Familiarity with software design patterns and best practices. - Experience in working with various programming languages and frameworks.
