Working within an Agile framework, the engineer collaborates dynamically to deliver meaningful outcomes, balancing multiple priorities and contributing to the overall vision and success of diverse software initiatives.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead efforts to foster effective communication and knowledge sharing within and between teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance team productivity and project quality.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Swift Programming Language.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and design patterns relevant to Swift development.
• Experience with mobile application development lifecycle, including debugging, testing, and deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud services and integration techniques that complement mobile-first development strategies.
• Ability to work effectively within Agile development environments, supporting iterative delivery and collaboration.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Swift Programming Language.
• This position is based at our Pune office.
• A 15 years full time education is required.
