In this Hybrid Mobile Application Developer role, you’ll help design, build, and scale a core platform for an AI-powered business management product.

You’ll work across mainly frontend applications and mobile experiences, playing a direct role in shaping both the product and the tech stack.

Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain a cloud-based platform across frontend and mobile
  • Develop and ship features end-to-end across web and mobile applications
  • Create scalable APIs and reusable UI components
  • Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams
  • Write tests, maintain documentation, and ensure system reliability
  • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and development processes


Background Profile:

  • 3+ years of mobile, software, or full-stack development experience required
  • Solid frontend experience with Vue, Nuxt, React, or similar frameworks
  • Hands-on, recent experience building and maintaining React Native apps
  • Experience with Expo, Xcode, and Android Studio
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Cursor, Claude, etc.)
  • Experience with PHP (Laravel) and MySQL a plus
  • Strong understanding of system design, security, and engineering best practices
  • Proven ability to ship high-quality software quickly
  • Comfortable working in ambiguity and fast-changing environments
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum teams
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Startup, SaaS, or early-stage product experience a plus
  • Must be local to the Greater-Phoenix area
  • Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder to be considered as no sponsorship is available for this role.
