Frontend Developer – Creator Tools

Now, we’re looking for a Frontend Developer to help shape the future of Attensi Creator.

About The Role

Creator is the platform our teams and customers use to build impactful, immersive training games without writing a line of code.

As Creator moves fully to the web, we’re investing heavily in the authoring experience. We want it to feel fast, intuitive, powerful, and genuinely enjoyable to use.

This is a frontend-focused role where you’ll build interactive, stateful, real-time product experiences, not static pages. You’ll work on the tools that make complex content creation feel effortless for non-technical users.

Where a game developer obsesses over game feel, you’ll obsess over tool feel: responsiveness, clarity, flow, and polish.

You won’t just be building screens. You’ll be building the creative workspace behind the next generation of game-based learning, helping creators move faster, stay in flow, and bring better training experiences to life.

You’ll work across a modern stack including TypeScript, SvelteKit, TailwindCSS, SignalR, AI-assisted creation features, and, when needed, our .NET / C# backend.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will:

• Build and refine the interfaces, interaction systems, and user flows that power Attensi Creator
• Create responsive, intuitive, and polished editing experiences for non-technical users
• Develop AI-assisted content tools, from our Creator Assistant to text, image, and voice generation features
• Work with real-time collaboration and live data, including SignalR, to keep the experience seamless
• Dive into our .NET / C# backend when needed to ship features end-to-end
• Build reusable components, patterns, and tooling that make the whole team faster
• Contribute to frontend best practices as Creator scales on web

What We’re Looking For

We’d love to hear from you if you have:

• Strong TypeScript and modern frontend development skills
• Experience building interactive, stateful web applications, not just static pages
• Experience with a modern component framework. Svelte is a plus, and React translates well
• A strong eye for polish, interaction quality, and responsiveness
• Willingness to work across the stack and get hands-on with backend code when needed
• A pragmatic, collaborative approach to building product
• Interest in scalable, maintainable systems

Bonus points If you have experience with

• SvelteKit or TailwindCSS
• .NET / C#
• Real-time systems such as SignalR or WebSockets
• AI/LLM integrations such as OpenAI, ElevenLabs, or similar
• Complex creation tools such as editors, authoring tools, CMS platforms, design tools, or developer tools
