Full Stack Engineer

Key Responsibilities

Technical Leadership

• Lead the design, architecture, and development of large-scale mobile applications.

• Define and drive mobile engineering standards, coding practices, and architectural

guidelines.

• Make critical technology and design decisions aligned with long-term platform

strategy.

• Drive technical roadmap execution and platform modernization initiatives.

• Ensure scalability, security, maintainability, and performance across mobile

applications.

Mobile Platform Development

• Architect and develop advanced mobile solutions using React Native.

• Build reusable frameworks, libraries, and shared components to improve developer

productivity.

• Provide deep technical expertise across Android (Java/Kotlin) and iOS

(Swift/Objective-C).

• Lead integration of native modules, third-party SDKs, and platform services.

• Drive optimization initiatives around startup time, app size, battery consumption,

memory usage, and user experience.

Delivery Ownership

• Own end-to-end delivery of key business initiatives and platform capabilities.

• Collaborate with Product, Design, QA, Security, and Backend teams to translate

business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

• Participate in sprint planning, estimation, risk management, and release governance.

• Proactively identify and mitigate technical risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks.

Team Leadership & Mentorship

• Mentor and guide engineers across the team.

• Conduct design reviews, architecture reviews, and code reviews.

• Foster a culture of engineering excellence, ownership, and continuous improvement.

• Support hiring, onboarding, and capability development initiatives.

• Act as the go-to technical leader for complex engineering challenges.

Reliability, Security & Performance

• Drive implementation of security best practices and mobile application hardening.

• Establish observability, monitoring, logging, and operational excellence standards.

• Improve application stability through proactive performance tuning and defect

reduction initiatives.

• Lead production issue triage and root-cause analysis for critical incidents.

Must-Have Skills

Primary Technical Skills

• 5–8 years of software engineering experience.

• Deep hands-on expertise in React Native application development.

• Strong Android development experience using Java/Kotlin.

• Strong iOS development experience using Swift/Objective-C.

• Proven experience designing and delivering large-scale mobile applications.

• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and

platform engineering.

• Experience integrating native Android and iOS modules within React Native

applications.

• Expertise in REST APIs, asynchronous programming, networking, and data

synchronization.

• Experience building CI/CD pipelines and release automation for mobile applications.

Architecture & Engineering

• Strong understanding of scalable system design and software architecture.

• Expertise in performance optimization, application security, and observability.

• Strong knowledge of Data Structures, Algorithms, and Object-Oriented Design.

• Experience with automated testing, quality engineering, and release management.

• Ability to evaluate and introduce new technologies and frameworks.

Leadership Skills

• Experience leading teams or driving technical initiatives across multiple engineers.

• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Ability to influence architecture and engineering decisions across teams.

• Proven track record of mentoring and developing engineering talent.

Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience with ReactJS web application development.

• Experience with Java-based backend services and microservices architecture.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Exposure to API design, backend integrations, and distributed systems.

• Experience with analytics, experimentation frameworks, and observability platforms.

• Prior experience in Fintech, Banking, Telecom, E-commerce, or other large-scale

consumer-facing platforms.
