Role Overview
Drive advertising revenue for a publication by identifying, connecting with, and advising businesses to advertise to the audience. This is an outbound-focused position combining creative prospecting, cold calling, and email outreach with a consultative approach.
What You Will Do
Initiate contact with prospective advertisers, collaborate with the internal Editor, network with current clients, act as a helpful advisor to prospects, and manage leads through the CRM.

Requirements
- Relationship-driven and strategic salesperson

- Proficiency in Gmail and standard CRM platforms
- Prior experience with Magazine Manager and basic navigation within WordPress is a significant advantage
- Direct experience selling advertisements or working intimately within the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) ecosystem
