Mobile Engineer (AI) at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring an AI-native mindset to Android development, building net-new mobile products inside a fast-moving startup environment. Working from product ideas through to production with minimal hand-holding, you'll implement multi-agent orchestration and full-stack range across unfamiliar codebases. This is your opportunity to build mobile experiences that are genuinely AI-powered, not just AI-assisted, shaping the technical foundation of products that users will depend on every day.

What You'll Do:

- Develop Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose with an AI-native approach.

- Implement multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.

- Own delivery from product requirements through to production in a self-directed way.

- Contribute across web or backend layers when needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases confidently.

- Drive multiple net-new product initiatives simultaneously.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.

- AI-native experience with multi-agent orchestration, not just AI-assisted coding.

- Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.

- Full-stack range with ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
