- Prepare technical and commercial service tenders for High Voltage customers.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop competitive service solutions.
- Support the sales organization throughout the bid and proposal process.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, and commercial teams.
- Develop pricing strategies aligned with business objectives.
- Negotiate technical and commercial aspects of service agreements.
- Ensure proposals comply with customer specifications and company standards.
- Support contract reviews, amendments, and scope adjustments.
- Build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Contribute to the growth and profitability of the service business.
- Degree in Industrial Engineering, preferably with a specialization in Electrical Engineering.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical tendering within the electrical industry.
- Experience in High Voltage products, systems, or services.
- Strong understanding of technical and commercial proposal processes.
- Fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Team-oriented, proactive, and results-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
