Founding DevEx hire at a fast-growing cybersecurity company. High autonomy, real ownership, genuine impact on how engineers work every day.

What you'll own:

- CI/CD pipelines and feedback loops. Faster builds, less waiting, better release confidence.

- Golden path templates and onboarding. New engineers productive from day one.

- AI developer tooling adoption. Roll it out, measure it, make it stick.

- Developer productivity metrics. Define the baseline, track DORA/SPACE, improve it.

- Internal tooling and automations. CLIs, shared libraries, anything that removes repetitive friction.

- Cross-team DevEx improvements. Work across stacks and squads without direct authority.

What we're looking for:

- You've shipped features. You know what slows engineers down because you've been one.

- Hands-on with AI developer tooling. Claude Code, Cursor, Codex in practice not just on paper.

- Strong GitLab CI/CD experience.

- You measure impact. DORA, deployment frequency, MTTR. Numbers matter.

- Comfortable working autonomously in a founding role with no blueprint.

Bonus: Go, Kubernetes, Terraform.
