As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for developing engaging visual concepts and delivering high-quality creative assets across a wide range of marketing and communication channels. You will collaborate with designers, writers, project managers, and stakeholders to bring ideas to life while ensuring consistency with Schneider Electric's global brand standards. You will also leverage emerging technologies, including AI-powered creative tools, to enhance ideation and accelerate the creative process.

You will join a large, supportive team of multidisciplinary creatives working on a diverse portfolio of high-visibility, global projects. As part of Schneider Electric's EMEA Creative Team, you will contribute to strategic initiatives for an international market leader committed to sustainability, innovation, and digital transformation.

Your Responsibilities

• Create key visuals, campaign assets, presentations, and visual content across a variety of channels and touchpoints
• Develop creative concepts and visual approaches based on project briefs and objectives
• Transform complex topics into clear, engaging, and visually appealing stories
• Adapt design ideas to physical environments, events, and branded experiences
• Use AI-powered tools to support ideation, concept development, and creative workflows
• Collaborate closely with designers, writers, project managers, and other stakeholders throughout the creative process
• Create assets that align with brand guidelines and project objectives
• Maintain consistency, attention to detail, and clear visual hierarchy across all deliverables
• Organize and maintain project files in line with team standards and ways of working
• Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and creative best practices

Your Profile

Essential:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field
• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Visual Arts, or a similar discipline
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and Illustrator
• Experience working with Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar video and motion design tools
• Good understanding of both print and digital production requirements
• Experience creating impactful visual presentations, including PowerPoint
• Ability to develop creative concepts and visual solutions based on project briefs
• High attention to detail and understanding of consistency and visual hierarchy
• Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment
• Effective communication skills in English
• Collaborative approach and ability to work with diverse stakeholders and creative teams

• Interest in design and awareness of current creative trends
• Experience working with branding systems and brand guidelines
• Familiarity with AI tools used in creative and design processes
• Experience in designing for events, exhibitions, or branded environments
