Chile - Operations Trade Lifecycle Analyst

TheJPMorganChase Operations is seeking for a team member to join the Chile Operations group, based in Santiago. This role is responsible for the daily processing of transactions, settlement confirmations, document processing, and follow-up on required due diligence within established timelines, as well as the preparation of regulatory reports.

A key focus of the position is driving operational efficiency through process improvements, standardization, and automation/innovation initiatives, while maintaining a strong control mindset to ensure accuracy, completeness, timely execution, and risk mitigation across the end-to-end (E2E) trade lifecycle.

You will work closely with the broader Operations team to ensure accurate E2E processing of all trades. You will also partner with the business, other lines of business (LOBs), and external counterparties to coordinate and deliver required activities on time and with high quality.

Job Responsibilities:

• Allocate and confirm local equity trades.
• Track settlements in line with business requirements and market deadlines.
• Prepare and validate regulatory reports for the CMF, NUAM, and other relevant entities.
• Identify inefficiencies, propose improvements, and support initiatives to enhance operational flows, controls, and service levels (including industry/regulatory changes).
• Drive innovation by leveraging technology tools that enhance the user experience and reduce manual effort.
• Perform daily controls/reconciliations and escalate exceptions appropriately to ensure strong operational risk management.

• Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Ability to work 100% on-site (this position does not offer remote work).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of additional platforms and/or coding is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English.
• Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage deadlines in a high-volume environment.
