Frontend Engineer (UX/UI Team)

Our "UX/UI" team, composed of designers and developers, designs and develops the products of the Hornetsecurity group as well as our Design System.

To continue transforming our products, we are looking for a Frontend Engineer to join our team in Skopje.

Your Job

• You participate in the design and development of new features with designers and the Product team
• You contribute to the development and improvement of the Design System with the rest of the team
• You collaborate on the architecture of the Hornetsecurity ecosystem, especially our micro frontend
• You push improvements to our tech stack and best practices, and leverage the latest frontend innovations
• You handle some bug fixing (yes, even your own!) while contributing to our goal of minimal bugs

• Microfrontend based on Angular and Vue frameworks
• JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript
• Tailwind, SASS
• Vitest, Cypress
• Vite, GitLab CI, Docker, Kubernetes

Your Profile

• You have 1 to 3 years of experience in frontend development
• You possess strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript
• You are proficient with a frontend framework (Vue, Angular, React, or Svelte)
• You are comfortable with CI/CD, Docker, and package managers like NPM
• You prioritize quality with practices like automated testing and code reviews
• You care about writing simple and maintainable code
• You are fluent in English
• You have an interest in UX/UI topics (a strong bonus!)
