Android ML Engineer at BairesDev

In this role, you'll bring agentic AI directly into Android products, building net-new applications inside a fast-moving startup environment where ownership and self-direction define success. You'll work with multi-agent orchestration frameworks to build systems that reason, plan, and act, delivered through production-grade Kotlin and Jetpack Compose. This is your opportunity to work on genuinely novel Android products where ML is a first-class feature, not an afterthought.

What You'll Do:

- Integrate multi-agent orchestration and ML capabilities into Android applications using Kotlin.

- Build production-grade Android UIs using Jetpack Compose.

- Implement agentic workflows using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks.

- Own product delivery from requirements through to production independently.

- Contribute across web or backend layers and navigate unfamiliar codebases as needed.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.

- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar open-source frameworks.

- Self-directed product engineering mindset, comfortable working from a 1-pager or PRD.

- Full-stack range with the ability to dive into unfamiliar codebases.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
