Mobile AI Engineer

We are hiring Mobile Engineers to build a mobile application using an AI-first development approach (Claude Code + Claude Design). Development follows a vibe coding model, where engineers focus on guiding, validating, and owning AI-generated mobile applications.

You will play a key role in building innovative mobile experiences that leverage AI-first development practices to accelerate delivery and enhance product quality. You will work closely with product, design, and engineering teams to create scalable, secure, and user-centric financial solutions.

We’re looking for innovators, builders, and problem-solvers who are excited about AI-driven software development and creating exceptional mobile experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Develop a mobile app using Flutter or React Native.
• Use AI tools (Claude Code / Claude Design) to generate application logic and UI.
• Design and validate user flows for:
• Onboarding
• KYC
• Transactions
• Integrate mobile applications with backend services and APIs.
• Ensure performance, stability, and production readiness.

Qualifications:

• 5 to 9 years.
• Technical education.
• Bachelor’s degree (required).
• Technical degree (required).
• Master’s degree (preferred).
• High school (required).
• Strong experience in Flutter or React Native (mandatory).
• Experience building production mobile applications.
• Strong understanding of:
• API integrations
• Mobile architecture
• Experience using AI coding tools (Claude, Copilot, GPT).
• Experience with financial applications such as lending, payments, or wallets.
• Experience with mobile onboarding flows and transaction UX.
• Understanding of secure and regulated mobile environments.
• Experience with hybrid mobile development using Flutter or React Native.
• Experience integrating mobile applications with backend APIs.
• Familiarity with Azure cloud environments.
• Experience with AI development tools such as Claude Code and Claude Design.
• Product-oriented engineering mindset.
• Strong UX validation capability.
• Comfortable with fast, AI-driven delivery.
