Technical Product Operations (Android Monetization)- Ukraine

We are looking for a highly organized and execution-focused Technical Product Operations to support the delivery and technical quality of our Android app portfolio. You will work directly under the Monetization Lead, working closely with them as a key execution partner — ensuring tasks are clearly defined, tracked, and executed with precision across the team. This role is focused on execution, structure, and quality — not strategy.

Translate product and monetization requirements into clear, structured tickets

• Manage and track the development backlog (GitHub Projects or similar).
• Ensure tasks are progressing on time and with high quality.
• Monitor app performance using Google Play Console, Firebase, and Google Analytics (crashes, ANRs, stability).
• Validate monetization flows (ads, events, integrations) and ensure everything works as expected.
• Write clear functional descriptions and acceptance criteria (AC) .
• Perform UAT and provide release readiness recommendations.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of experience in technical product / product operations / similar role.
• Familiarity with Android apps and mobile product lifecycle.
• Experience with Google Play Console, Firebase, and Google Analytics.
• Strong attention to detail and structured way of working.
• Ability to translate requirements into clear tasks.
• Good English communication skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience in mobile QA or technical product roles.
• Experience with monetization models ad-based and subscription apps.
• Familiarity with GitHub Projects or similar tools.
