RPA Developer (f/m/x)

Join an international team delivering automation solutions across Malaysia, Mexico, Brazil, China, and Poland. As an RPA Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable RPA/UIPath solutions that improve operational efficiency and support digital transformation initiatives. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and IT teams, contributing to enterprise-level automation projects in a dynamic and multicultural environment.

Your tasks

• Designing and developing automation workflows using the UiPath platform
• Building and deploying scalable RPA solutions aligned with business and technical requirements
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and optimizing automation processes to ensure reliability and performance
• Maintaining and enhancing existing automations to support operational stability
• Collaborating with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to define requirements and deliver effective solutions
• Monitoring bot performance and supporting smooth production operations within CI/CD environments
• Creating and maintaining technical and process documentation, including SDD and technical design documents
• Supporting integrations with APIs, databases, and enterprise applications

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with the UiPath platform (Studio, Orchestrator, Insights)
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (C#, VB.NET, Python, or similar) applied in automation development
• Practical experience in working with APIs and SQL databases within enterprise environments
• Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and experience in Agile delivery frameworks
• Knowledge of Elastic Robots along with awareness of the latest UiPath features, including AI/ML capabilities
• Experience in workflow automation, including testing, debugging, and performance optimization of bots
• Fluency in English

Nice to have

• Knowledge of enterprise automation frameworks (e.g., REFramework) and exposure to large-scale automation environments or CoE setups
• Experience with Document Understanding, AI Center, Power Apps, and Power Automate
