What are we looking for?

• Design, develop, test, deploy and maintain RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere
• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, business analysts and technical teams to gather requirements and define automation solutions
• Create and maintain technical documentation, process design documents (PDDs) and solution design documents (SDDs)
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to bot performance, execution failures and production incidents
• Perform unit testing, integration testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT)
• Monitor automated processes and implement enhancements to improve performance and reliability
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

And if you meet the following criteria

• 2–3 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation (RPA)
• Hands-on experience with the Automation Anywhere platform
• Understanding of the RPA development lifecycle and automation best practices
• Experience working with APIs, databases, Excel automation, web applications and desktop applications
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
• Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal
