Software Engineer, Android Apps, Pixel

Minimum qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., Kotlin or Java).
• 1 year of experience in Android development.

Preferred qualifications:

• Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
• Experience in Android UI development.
• Experience with data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Develop in our Kotlin app and our Server.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to clarify feature experiences and designs.
• Make data-driven decisions, to optimize Pixel hero feature discovery and boost user-engagement.
• Participate in design reviews with peers and stakeholders to align on technical decisions.
• Improve and maintain infrastructure to scale solutions for My Pixel App.
