As a Custom Software Engineer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to fulfill specific business processes and application needs. Collaboration with various stakeholders to ensure the applications are both functional and efficient is a key part of the daily routine, along with continuous refinement and adaptation of the software to meet evolving business demands.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements for application development.
• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
• Document application design and configuration details to support knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
• Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Adobe Campaign Classic.
• Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
• Ability to configure and customize software solutions to meet business needs.
• Experience in troubleshooting and optimizing application performance.
• Familiarity with integration techniques and working with APIs.

Additional Information:

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Adobe Journey Optimizer.
• This position is based at our Gurugram office.
