Your role

Responsibilities

As a Mobile Team Lead, you will be responsible for leading a team of mobile developers working on both iOS and Android platforms. You will play a key role in driving technical excellence and delivering high-quality mobile solutions for our clients. In this role you will play a key role in:

• Leading and mentoring a team of mobile developers, providing technical guidance and career development support
• Collaborating with clients and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Overseeing the development of mobile applications across iOS and Android platforms
• Ensuring code quality, performance optimization, and adherence to best practices

Your profile

• 4+ years of experience in mobile application development
• Proficiency in iOS (Swift/Objective-C/SWIFT UI)
• Proficiency in Android (Kotlin/Java/Retrofit/Jetpack compose)
• Experience leading development teams and managing project deliverables
• Strong understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
• Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and integrating mobile applications with backend services
