We are looking for a seasoned Senior Salesforce Engineer who views the Salesforce platform as a powerful canvas for engineered solutions, not just a CRM. You won’t just be "building features"—you’ll be designing the architectural backbone of our go-to-market engine.
The ideal candidate is someone who balances the "clicks" and the "code," knowing exactly when to leverage out-of-the-box configuration and when to break out the Apex and LWC to solve complex business logic. What your responsibilities are going to be?
- Lead the end-to-end creation and implementation of complex features using Apex (triggers, controllers, batch, async) and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Ensure the scalability and maintainability of the Salesforce org by enforcing coding standards and best practices.
- Build sophisticated automation using Flow Builder while knowing when to migrate high-volume logic to Apex for performance.
- Own the integration layer between Salesforce and third-party systems (ERP, Marketing Automation, etc.) using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
- Conduct rigorous code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers.
- Manage technical debt, optimize SOQL queries, and monitor governor limits to ensure peak platform performance.
- Take part and handle the CI/CD pipeline and deployment process across various sandbox environments.
- Ensure data security models (Profiles, Permission Sets, OWDs) are robust and compliant with industry standards.
- Experience with driving the technical roadmap for Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, managing product bundles, pricing rules, and quote-to-cash workflows would be a great advantage.
What qualifications are needed?
- 5+ years of dedicated Salesforce development experience, with at least 2 years in a Senior-level capacity.
- Mastery of Apex, LWC, and SOQL; deep familiarity with Salesforce metadata and Tooling APIs.
- Proven track record implementing and customizing Sales Cloud and Service Cloud at scale.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ (Steelbrick) or Revenue Cloud is highly preferred.
- Expert-level knowledge of Flow Builder, Validation Rules, and complex Sharing Models.
- Experience building and consuming web services (JSON, XML) and managing authentication (OAuth).
- Professional experience with version control (Git) and automated deployment tools like Copado, Gearset, or Salesforce CLI.
- A "platform-first" mentality—the ability to troubleshoot complex issues across the full Salesforce stack.
- Active Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer II, Sales/Service Cloud Consultant, or CPQ Specialist).
- Experience in explaining technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent professional experience.
