About The Role
We are looking for a Computer Vision Engineer to contribute to the development of the front-end of our visual inertial odometry (VIO) algorithmic stack.
Responsibilities
- VIO Front-end Algorithm development:
- Matching between frames and stereo pairs
- Calibration of cameras intrinsic and extrinsic parameters
- Detection of obstruction
- Implementation and optimization of the algorithmic stack for our embedded platforms
- Testing, Validation & Monitoring: algorithms testing in simulation and real-world environments, development of inspection and monitoring tools..
- Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with system engineers, optical engineers, software engineers. Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.
- Educational Background: Master’s degree in Robotics, Physics, Computer Science or related field, PhD is a plus
- Technical Expertise: Strong mathematical foundations, coding skills in both Python and C++
- Hands-on VIO project experience. Experience with VIO on industrial products is a huge plus.
