As a Genesys Cloud Developer, you will play a pivotal role in migrating Achmea’s customer contact centers from a traditional Genesys on-premise solution to the advanced Genesys Cloud Platform. This position is critical in ensuring seamless transformation to a SaaS model, supporting multiple divisions and brands, and enhancing the customer journey through integrated omnichannel solutions. Your work will directly impact operational efficiency and customer satisfaction while aligning with organizational goals of innovation and quality.

Your Role & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Lead and support the migration of existing Genesys solutions to the Genesys Cloud Platform, ensuring minimal disruption and high quality.
• Develop, configure, and maintain Genesys Cloud applications for voice, chat, appchat, email, and other channels.
• Integrate Genesys Cloud with various back-end systems including SAP, CRM, Pega, websites, and mobile apps to optimize the customer journey.
• Implement features such as call recording, agent planning, and other operational tools within the contact center environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver sprint goals, ensuring built-in quality and effective communication.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, providing innovative solutions that prioritize customer results and organizational objectives.
• Participate actively in Agile project teams, contributing to a culture of continuous improvement, learning, and teamwork.

Qualifications & Experience

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or a related field.
• Proven expertise in Contact Center Solutions, specifically Genesys Cloud.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and tackle complex technical challenges.
• Results-driven, quality-focused, and committed to achieving team objectives.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of connecting with diverse team members and addressing issues constructively.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS migrations and cloud-based platforms.
• Familiarity with integration methodologies involving SAP, CRM, Pega, and similar enterprise systems.
• Agile project experience and understanding of sprint-based delivery.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and collaborative team culture.
