You’ll work closely with design, product, and content teams to deliver fast, accessible, and reliable user experiences. This role suits someone who enjoys turning requirements into clean, maintainable code and shipping improvements regularly.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and maintain modern, responsive web pages and reusable UI components
  • Translate designs (Figma/Adobe XD or similar) into pixel-accurate, accessible interfaces
  • Develop and integrate APIs (REST/GraphQL) and connect front-end experiences to back-end services
  • Optimize performance (Core Web Vitals), SEO basics, and cross-browser compatibility
  • Implement best practices for accessibility (WCAG), security, and code quality
  • Write clean, well-documented code and contribute to code reviews
  • Debug issues, monitor errors, and continuously improve reliability and UX
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to estimate work, plan releases, and meet delivery goals
  • Maintain version control and deployment workflows (Git, CI/CD)

Required Skills & Experience

  • Professional experience building websites/web apps
  • Strong HTML5, CSS3 (Flexbox/Grid), and JavaScript (ES6+)
  • Experience with at least one modern framework (React, Vue, Angular, or similar)
  • Comfort with Git and collaborative development workflows
  • Understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with consuming APIs and handling async data
  • Ability to troubleshoot effectively and communicate clearly

Nice to have

  • Node.js experience (Express/Nest) or another back-end language (PHP, Python, Ruby, etc.)
  • Experience with CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, headless CMS)
  • Testing experience (Jest, Cypress, Playwright)
  • TypeScript experience
  • Cloud/deployment exposure (Vercel, Netlify, AWS, GCP, Azure)
  • Basic UI/UX sensibility and experience working with design systems

Tools you may use

  • React/Next.js (or similar), Tailwind/SCSS, GitHub/GitLab
  • Figma, Jira/Linear/Trello
  • CI/CD pipelines and deployment platforms (Vercel/Netlify/AWS)

What success looks like

  • New features shipped with strong quality and minimal regressions
  • Websites load quickly and score well on performance metrics
  • Components are reusable, consistent, and easy to maintain
  • Bugs are triaged quickly and fixes are validated thoroughly
  • Clear communication and reliable delivery within agreed timelines

Work style

  • Remote, hybrid, or onsite depending on the team
  • Full-time or part-time options may be available
  • Collaborative, feedback-driven environment
