C++ Performance Engineer at BairesDev

As a C++ Performance Engineer, you will optimize complex applications to achieve maximum efficiency and minimal latency. You will ensure that high-demand systems utilize hardware resources effectively, delivering peak performance for critical workloads in finance, gaming, or high-performance computing.

What You'll Do

• Profile and analyze C++ applications to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks.
• Implement low-level optimizations, including cache management, memory alignment, and SIMD instructions.
• Design and develop low-latency algorithms and data structures to minimize execution time.
• Conduct deep performance tuning to reduce overhead and improve system throughput.
• Collaborate with development teams to establish best practices for high-performance software engineering.

What We Are Looking For

• 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering with a focus on C++ and performance optimization.
• Proven expertise in profiling and optimizing C++ applications for low-latency environments.
• Proficiency in high-performance techniques such as cache optimization and SIMD.
• Strong understanding of systems programming for demanding workloads like finance or gaming.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
