AI Engineer (Mobile) at BairesDev

In this role, AI is the primary lens, and Android is the delivery vehicle. You'll build mobile products, working in an environment where speed, ownership, and self-direction matter more than process. This is your opportunity to build genuinely novel AI-powered mobile experiences, working on net-new products where your agentic AI expertise shapes what is possible on Android.

What You'll Do:

- Design and implement multi-agent orchestration systems using LangGraph, CrewAI, or open-source agent frameworks, delivered through Android applications.

- Build production Android applications using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose.

- Work self-directed from product ideas through to shipped features.

- Contribute across full-stack layers as needed and navigate unfamiliar codebases.

- Drive multiple net-new AI-powered mobile product initiatives simultaneously.

What we are looking for:

- 3+ years of experience in software engineering.

- Hands-on experience with multi-agent orchestration using LangGraph, CrewAI, or equivalent open-source frameworks.

- Strong proficiency in Kotlin for Android development.

- Self-directed product engineering mindset, able to work from a 1-pager or PRD without hand-holding.

- Full-stack range with comfort diving into unfamiliar codebases.

- Experience with Jetpack Compose.

- Advanced proficiency in English.
