Mobile Engineer

Senior Mobile Engineer (iOS & Android) — Copenhagen

We're looking for a Senior Mobile Engineer on behalf of a growing tech company. This role replaces an external consultant as the company brings mobile fully in-house — real ownership from day one.

You'll join a small, close-knit team of 7, including a PM, a Frontend Engineer, and a Team Lead.

What you'll do:

• Own mobile development end-to-end across iOS and Android — comfortable working across both rather than specialising in one
• Develop and maintain SDKs, not just apps — changelog management, versioning discipline, and breaking changes
• Bring strong testing practices to mobile — a significant part of the role
• Apply solid library and dependency management knowledge
• Support or pair with the Frontend Engineer when needed
• Use AI tools to support your development workflow

What we're looking for:

• Senior mobile developer with substantial experience across iOS and/or Android (ideally both)
• Proven SDK development experience, including breaking-change and backward-compatibility discipline
• Strong testing track record (unit, integration, automated)
• Solid library/dependency ecosystem knowledge
• Bonus: frontend experience, enough to spar with the team's frontend engineer
• Comfortable owning a function autonomously
