Your role is dynamic, requiring adaptability to evolving project demands and a focus on delivering reliable and efficient software solutions that support business operations effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements for custom software solutions.
• Assist in documenting application designs and configurations to support maintainability and knowledge sharing.
• Support junior team members by providing guidance and sharing best practices.
• Continuously monitor and improve application performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Java Enterprise Edition.
• Good To Have Skills: Experience with Spring Boot.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and design patterns.
• Experience in developing scalable and maintainable enterprise-level applications.
• Familiarity with application lifecycle management and version control systems.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues efficiently.

• The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Java Enterprise Edition.
• This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
