What role will you play?
As an AI Engineer, you’ll help make AI-assisted engineering a standard part of our delivery lifecycle. You’ll apply AI tools to automated test generation, code review, security vulnerability scanning, bug detection and coding standards enforcement.
You’ll work closely with engineers and stakeholders to adopt AI coding assistants, agentic workflows and modern automation safely and effectively, ensuring all production changes remain subject to human review. You’ll also help measure impact through improved test coverage, earlier defect detection, better code quality and engineering time saved.
What You Offer
- Hands-on software engineering experience in agile delivery teams.
- Practical experience with AI coding assistants such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of human-in-the-loop review, including critical review of AI-generated code.
- Experience applying AI tools to improve testing, code review, security scanning, bug detection or coding standards.
- Strong ownership, problem-solving and communication skills.
- Practical interest in AI-assisted development, agentic workflows and modern engineering automation.
- Experience with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Python, TypeScript, Angular, HTML5/CSS3, SQL or relational database design would be beneficial.
- Experience with AWS, particularly Bedrock, would be highly regarded.
- Experience with prompt engineering, LLM-output evaluation or agentic workflows.
