We are seeking an AI Solutions Developer who identifies, prioritizes, and delivers high-impact solutions with minimal direction. This role combines ~60% hands-on AI solution development with ~40% AI enablement across the organization. You are approachable, collaborative, and confident in determining what is worth building and why.

  • Core Responsibilities
    • Lead multiple concurrent projects independently from concept to deployment
    • Design and implement AI-driven solutions (automation, integrations, chatbots, and data workflows)
    • Define clear deliverables and break initiatives into practical milestones
    • Work with data systems, APIs, and AI model interactions (prompting, workflows)
    • Maintain clear, structured, and accessible documentation for all solutions
  • AI Enablement & Adoption
    • Act as the go-to resource for AI-related questions across the organization
    • Provide regular updates (e.g., biweekly) on AI tools, trends, and internal use cases
    • Help teams identify and apply AI to real workflows
    • Drive adoption of AI solutions, not just their development

Requirements

  • Strong software development fundamentals
