Mobile Application Engineer (Kotlin/java)

Job Purpose (Summary of the main purpose of this position)

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications & collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features.Implement secure coding practices aligned with fintech and cybersecurity standards.

Duties & Responsibilities

∙Design, develop, and maintain high-quality Android applications

∙Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and deliver new features

∙Ensure application performance, quality, and responsiveness

∙Implement secure coding practices aligned with fintech and cybersecurity standards

∙Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong experience in Android native development (Kotlin/Java)

∙Proficiency in Git/GitHub for version control

∙Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices

∙Strong background in application security and secure development lifecycle

∙Experience working in a fintech or regulated environment

∙Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations

∙Familiarity with Agile methodologies

∙Knowledge of performance optimization and testing frameworks.

Requirements

∙Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, software engineering

or a related field.

∙Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in mobile application development preferred in fintech.

Strong experience in Android native development (Kotlin/Java)
