You are responsible for analyzing and solving complex technical problems that go beyond first- and second-level support and work closely with vendors, Microsoft, and internal experts to ensure high availability and optimal functionality.
Your Role – meaningful & rewarding
- Take over third-level support for Microsoft Intune for Apple and Android devices across the entire E.ON Group.
- Perform in-depth root cause analysis and escalate technical issues to Microsoft and various device manufacturers such as Apple, Google, Samsung, etc.
- Plan, implement, and maintain Intune solutions for mobile device management.
- Develop and implement MDM strategies, policies, and workflows to ensure security and compliance.
- Configure device profiles, app management, conditional access, and compliance policies.
- Integrate Intune with other enterprise systems and advise internal IT teams.
- Use and integrate ServiceNow in incident and change management.
Your Profile – authentic & open-minded
- Several years of experience working with Microsoft Intune and Apple ADE, as well as Android Enterprise – especially in third-level support.
- Experience administering and configuring a virtual Microsoft Intune Tunnel Server environment in the Azure Cloud including load balancers.
- You have an in-depth understanding of mobile device behaviour and can detect systemic correlations, error patterns, and optimization potential early on.
- Solid technical understanding of enrollment methods, app deployment, and security configurations.
- Knowledge of Azure AD, Conditional Access, and Mobile Application Management (MAM).
- Experience managing large MDM environments (several thousand devices).
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot at a third-level support level and escalate issues to vendors.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow, Power BI, and experience in ITIL environments are advantageous.
- Analytical, independent working style and strong communication skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to convey technical information clearly to users of varying technical expertise.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience with Microsoft Graph API.
- Microsoft Defender for endpoint security.
- Experience creating scripts for automation processes.
