What Makes You a Great Fit

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience with Kotlin Multiplatform (strong expertise required)
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (especially Claude Code)
• High level of ownership and accountability
• Open-minded, collaborative, and communicative personality
• Startup experience is a strong plus
• Swift experience - advantage
• Good understanding of clean code principles, testing practices, and architecture patterns (MVC/MVVM) - advantage
• Fluent English communication skills

Your Day-to-day In This Position

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile features using Kotlin Multiplatform
• Build and improve product functionality with a strong focus on performance, scalability, and user experience
• Contribute to a startup-style environment with fast iterations and high impact
• Ensure code quality through best engineering practices
