Job Description:
Develop and maintain high quality Native Android applications using Java Collaborate with cross functional teams to define design and ship new features.
Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs to improve application performance.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to implement best practices.
Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous improvement of the development process.
Work closely with UI or UX designers to implement user friendly interfaces.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance within the Native Android skill cluster.
Roles and Responsibilities
Lead the design and architecture of Native Android applications ensuring scalability and maintainability.
Drive the full software development lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure robust application performance.
Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and technical workshops within the team.
Ensure adherence to coding standards security guidelines and best practices.
Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects effectively to meet deadlines
Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, performance and internal equity.
