Work you'll do
As a Managed Services Engineer II on the AI & Engineering team, you will be responsible for:
- Support day-to-day operations for enterprise applications and platforms, including monitoring, incident response, defect resolution, and service restoration
- Troubleshoot application, integration, and environment issues across development, test, and production environments
- Partner with product, engineering, infrastructure, and client stakeholders to identify root causes, implement fixes, and improve system reliability
- Execute and support change, release, and deployment activities in accordance with established operational and risk controls
- Contribute to process improvement, automation, documentation, and support readiness activities to improve service quality and operational efficiency
- Ability to work independently and collaborate as part of a team
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail and quality of work product
- Ability to build and sustain professional relationships
- Ability to lead projects or workstreams

Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field; alternatively, equivalent work experience
- 3+ years of experience supporting enterprise applications, platforms, or managed services environments
- Experience with incident management, problem management, and change management in production support environments
- Experience with monitoring, logging, alerting, and root cause analysis for application or platform support
- Experience with scripting or automation in PowerShell, Python, Bash, or SQL
- Experience working with release support, defect triage, and environment coordination across multiple teams
- Ability to travel 10%, on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve.
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available.
- Experience supporting mobile, digital, or customer ordering applications
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Amazon Web Services or Microsoft Azure
- Experience with DevOps or continuous integration / continuous deployment tools
- Experience with ServiceNow, Jira, or other ticketing and workflow platforms
- Experience with application performance monitoring and observability platforms
- ITIL Foundation certification or a cloud platform certification
