Every 10 minutes, 18 million conversations happen between businesses and consumers. For decades, the consumer side sucked. AI changes that — and this company is solving the hardest part: getting voice agents to drive real outcomes at scale. Leading B2C companies are already using the platform to deploy thousands of voice agents. This will become one of the most important software categories of the next decade.

There are no PMs. As a Product Engineer you manage features across the entire lifecycle: deciding what to build, making trade-offs on what not to ship, and polishing until features are genuinely delightful. If you’ve always wanted to move into product, or you’re a PM who wants to go back to building — this is for you.

Compensation: €85K–€160K + equity, AI tools, Urban Sports, relocation support
