Junior Android Developer

This is not a regular job. We want someone who is restlessly curious, thrives in chaos, and wants to leave a dent. You'll have the freedom, responsibility, and impact that only comes with early-stage product building.

Responsibilities

• Own and deliver end-to-end Android features, including design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new features in a high-feedback loop.
• Craft blazing-fast, pixel-perfect UIs that feel magical to use.
• Go deep in Kotlin; work closely with Firebase and Android SDKs.
• Work directly with founders, PMs, and designers - no silos, no layers.
• Support in tech decisions, team culture, and the DNA of the app.

Requirements

• Have 1-4 years of solid Android development experience.
• Have built and shipped apps from scratch - and loved it.
• Published at least 1 app on the Play Store.
• You are hungry to build something impactful and world-class.
• Take ownership without being asked - and bring solutions, not problems.
• Are high on energy, low on ego, and never say that's not my job.
• Want to be in the room where 0-to-1 decisions happen.
