🎯 Role Overview

We are seeking a ServiceNow Developer to design, build, and enhance enterprise ServiceNow solutions for international clients.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business challenges, building scalable platform solutions, and working alongside experienced global teams in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and enhance ServiceNow applications and platform functionality

• Configure and customize ITSM and other ServiceNow modules using out-of-the-box capabilities and best practices

• Develop business rules, client scripts, Script Includes, Flow Designer workflows, and UI components

• Build and maintain REST/SOAP integrations with external systems

• Develop reusable applications using App Engine Studio where appropriate

• Troubleshoot platform issues and optimize performance

• Collaborate with solution architects, business analysts, QA engineers, and clients throughout the project lifecycle

• Participate in code reviews and follow development standards

• Take ownership of assigned work from requirements through deployment

• Contribute to continuous platform improvements and technical innovation

🧠 Required Skills

Must-have:

• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

• Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow platform development skills

• Experience with ITSM implementations and platform customization

• Experience building REST/SOAP integrations and working with APIs

• Experience with Flow Designer and IntegrationHub

• Understanding of CMDB, data models, and platform architecture

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Professional English fluency (written and spoken)

• Self-driven mindset with strong ownership and communication skills

Nice to have (highly valued):

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)

• ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

• Additional ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications
