About the Role

We’re looking for Builders — people who experiment, prototype, automate, and ship.

This is not a traditional role with a narrow job description. We’re building a team of AI-native builders who want to rethink how software is designed, built, and used in the age of AI.

At FlowAccount, we help Thai SMEs manage accounting, payroll, payments, operations, and finance. We believe AI will fundamentally reshape business software, and we want people who are excited to help build that future.

You’ll work closely with product, engineering, design, operations, and leadership teams to rapidly prototype ideas, build AI-powered workflows, and turn experiments into real products used by thousands of businesses.

What You’ll Do

You’ll build prototypes, internal tools, automations, and AI-powered workflows that improve how businesses operate. This role is highly cross-functional and involves working across product, engineering, operations, and growth teams to rapidly test ideas and turn them into real-world products and systems.

What We’re Looking For

We care more about what you’ve built, how quickly you learn, and your ability to execute than traditional credentials or years of experience.

We’re especially interested in people who:

• Love building and experimenting
• Have side projects, prototypes, or things they’ve shipped
• Are excited about AI and the future of software
• Can move quickly from idea → prototype → iteration

We also highly value people with domain expertise or strong interest in areas such as accounting, finance, payroll, operations, payments, enterprise resource management, e-commerce, customer workflows, and AI productivity.

Experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, Codex, Cursor, Replit, Lovable, Windsurf, or similar tools is a strong plus.
