Seeking candidates with hands-on Open Radio Access Network (O-RAN) experience to design solutions for NextG networks and design Radio Frequency Machine Learning (RFML) solutions. The position will involve developing cutting-edge machine learning and security solutions for wireless technologies including but not limited to Beyond 5G (B5G) at ANDRO’s Marconi-Rosenblatt AI Innovation Lab. If you are self-motivated and passionate about solving some of the toughest problems in the wireless domain, this is for you!


Required Skills:

  • Knowledge and experience with O-RAN
  • Background in Radio Frequency Machine Learning (RFML) concepts and systems.
  • Strong proficiency in C/C++ and Python.


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience developing on Software defined radios.
  • Previous experience with open-source cellular software libraries such as OpenAirInterface (OAI) and srsRAN.
  • Knowledge of Zero Trust Principles.
  • Experience developing r/xApps.
  • Strong grasp of machine learning and applied hardware-based RFML experience is a plus.
  • Knowledge of SMP safe programming, real-time system optimizations, parallel processing, embedded programming, API interfacing, etc., in C, C++ and Python.
  • Track record of research excellence and high-quality publications is a plus.
