Senior Product Designer (Design Systems)

Role Overview

We're looking for a Senior Product Designer with deep expertise in design systems to help organizations build, evolve, and scale these foundations. This is a consulting role. You'll work directly with clients to assess existing systems, define future-state approaches, build scalable foundations, and help teams adopt better ways of working.

What You Will Do

Assess and evaluate existing design systems, processes, and operating models. Help clients define design system strategies, roadmaps, governance models, and adoption plans. Design and build scalable systems including components, patterns, foundations, and documentation.

• Extensive experience using AI as part of your day-to-day practice and exploring how it changes design system creation and management
• Curiosity, pragmatism, and a bias toward action
• A portfolio that demonstrates both strategic thinking and hands-on execution
