Mobile Device Management Analyst

Our client is currently seeking a qualified Mobile Device Management Analyst to join their team onsite in Miami, FL and provide end-user support.
This resource is responsible for the daily operations of the Mobile Device Management platform and related security controls. They will work closely with Security Engineers and Mobile Device Engineers to ensure the controls are optimized and functioning properly. This Analyst will participate in the research and development to enable continuing innovation within the mobile device management infrastructure.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Monitor and administer the mobile device management suite and ensure operational availability
- Perform initial setup, configuration, troubleshooting of all mobile devices, including tablets and phones for multiple operating systems
- Coordinate with third party vendors for the upgrade/support of all mobile device application and security controls in place in the environment, includes iOS, Android and macOS
- Conduct analysis to ensure policies for mobile applications and devices are aligned and comply with approved company procedures
- Serve as a second-tier support to the End User Computing divisions in the event of escalations
- Participate in a 24x7 on call rotation
- Perform other job-related functions as assigned
- Bachelor's Degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related field; or any equivalent combination of relevant work experience and training
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in the following areas/technologies:
- Mobile Device Management
- Administration and Configuration
- AD / System Administration (Basic understanding of concepts)
- Certificates
- Network (Basic understanding of concepts and technologies)
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, verbal/written communication and problem-solving skills
- Work with minimum supervision, proactively follows up on outstanding issues/tickets
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- Fundamental understanding of network and Internet concepts (e.g., firewalls, load balancers, Web browsers, TCP/IP, SSL, HTTP, etc.)
- Knowledge on distributing enterprise applications for iOS and Android
- Experience implementing Mobile Device Management (MDM) security policies
- Experience troubleshooting Wi-Fi issues on mobile devices
