React Native Developer

Detailed JD (Roles and Responsibilities)

• Define end-to-end mobile architecture for React Native applications within multi-platform digital ecosystems (Web, APIs, Microservices, Cloud).
• Establish architecture standards, reusable components, and design patterns for scalable and maintainable codebases.
• Drive performance optimization, security compliance, and app stability across Android and iOS platforms.
• Architect and govern API integrations, middleware interactions, and event-driven ecosystems.
• Enable CI/CD pipelines, DevSecOps practices, and automated testing frameworks for mobile delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to distributed engineering teams.
• Collaborate with product, UX, backend, and cloud teams to ensure cohesive solution architecture.
• Lead technology evaluations, PoCs, and innovation initiatives in mobile and cross-platform ecosystems.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data governance, and scalability requirements.

Mandatory skills

• Expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, and mobile architecture patterns
• Strong experience with state management (Redux, MobX, Zustand)
• Deep understanding of REST/GraphQL APIs and microservices-based architectures
• Hands-on with native modules (iOS/Android), performance tuning, and debugging
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and API gateways
• Proficiency in CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)
• Knowledge of security best practices (OAuth, encryption, mobile security standards)
