Ever wondered who helps New Zealand's biggest organisations get the absolute most out of their mobile fleets? That'd be us. And we're looking for a curious, switched-on Mobile Solutions Specialist to join our Corporate & Enterprise team at Spark.


This isn't a "sit behind a screen and tick boxes" role. You'll be the trusted mobile brain that some of NZ's most recognisable brands lean on — helping them roll out secure, smart, beautifully designed mobility solutions that genuinely change how their people work.


Mō tēnei tūranga mahi - About the Role

  • Being the go-to mobile guru for our enterprise customers — the person they call when they want to do something clever (or fix something tricky).
  • Designing tailored mobility solutions — from device fleets and EMM/MDM platforms (Intune, Omnissa Workspace ONE, Soti MobiControl) to integrations with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and IoT.
  • Running workshops, demos and proof-of-concepts that make customers go "oh wow, we didn't know we could do that."
  • Partnering with our Account Managers, Solution Architects, Network, Security and Product teams — collaboration is genuinely the heartbeat of how we work.
  • Geeking out on what's next — 5G, eSIM, private networks, rugged devices, the latest from Samsung, Apple, and Google.
  • Supporting both pre- and post-sales — bid responses, solution design, and being there for customers long after go-live.


Tō wheako- Your Experience (and don't worry if you don't tick every box)

  • A few years' experience in mobile tech, enterprise mobility, or telco solutions in a B2B world — if you've got the curiosity and the chops, we want to hear from you.
  • Comfort with iOS, Android, MDM/EMM platforms and mobile app deployment.
  • The ability to translate "tech speak" into "business value" — especially for senior stakeholders.
  • A working knowledge of the enterprise IT landscape (Microsoft Azure, Intune, security, networks).
  • Brilliant people skills — you can hold your own with an end-user or a CIO.
  • A love of variety, learning and the occasional road trip around Aotearoa.


Bonus points (but truly not deal-breakers)

Apple DEP, Samsung Knox or Microsoft Modern Desktop certs, telco/vendor experience, or familiarity with Spark's enterprise offerings.
